Web Design & Development

We do not edit existing websites built by someone else, only ones that were created by Matrix 7. From our past experience, it’s less of a mess for us and more cost-effective for our clients if we start fresh.

The cost of websites vary depending on multiple factors. Each solution we provide is tailored to our client’s needs, so is the price. Our consultants assist in helping identify wants and what’s truly needed, to ensure you’re making the best decision for your business.

Depending on the complexity of the project, we generally give options and showcase the value each one provides based on your goals.

The main website platforms we use are WordPress, Shopify, and Wix. Although, our development team has extensive knowledge in custom building sites from scratch (when necessary).

While we have our favorites, we aren’t tied to any specific platform. Making the best decision for your business is the most important aspect of every project we approach.

We analyze the objectives and find the best solution for you. There have been several times we quickly learned and utilized a new platform to meet our client’s needs.

Absolutely! There are several great website builders out there. We’d recommend this for individuals with a very small budget or businesses that are just starting out looking for initial viability.

However, there is a huge difference between building one yourself with little to no experience vs. hiring an advanced agency. We generally work with seasoned businesses looking to take their web presence to the next level or startups with the sufficient capital and needs for a high-end website right from the beginning.

We value honesty, if you’re not sure where you fit in give us a call. We’re always more than happy to help even if that means a partnership doesn’t make sense in the current moment.

Yes, we do! We understand there is a common misconception between web design & web development.

Modern innovative technology has made it easy for individuals to create a website specifically from design without the need for web development. This has made it cheaper for businesses that need a simple online presence without any advanced or tailored applications, compared to the past where development was inevitable.

Outside our premier design team, we have a development team that is seasoned in coding and applications such as: React, Next.js, JavaScript, CSS, AWS, and more. Our development team assists with every website, but not every one of our clients needs advanced applications or in-depth coding.

Ecommerce Solutions

Our ecommerce solutions highlight some of additional features, functionality, applications and integrations for the online stores we build through our web design & development service.

The page highlights a few of our major solutions, however, we have nearly limitless capabilities depending on the web platform used. Contact us to learn more.

That’s completely fine! A majority of our client’s have a need or a goal but not the solution to reaching them. Our consultants will help you identify and understand the options best suited for your business.

POS Installation

Some of the main POS platforms we use are Shopify, Square, Clover, Toast, Stripe, and Lightspeed. Which one we use is also highly dependent on the web platform used to build your website.

While we have our favorites, we aren’t tied to any specific platform. Making the best decision for your business is the most important aspect of every project we approach.

We analyze the objectives and find the best solution for you. There have been several times we quickly learned and utilized a new platform to meet our client’s needs.

Also dependent on the platform used, we built each one out to cater to your daily operations. This includes checkout procedures, inventory management, delivery/takeout orders, etc.

No, we don’t take your old system down until the new one is tested and ready to roll. Sometimes we finalize the installation throughout the night so we don’t interfere with daily operations.

We do not customize existing systems installed and built by someone else, only ones by Matrix 7.

From our past experience, it’s less of a mess for us and more cost-effective for our clients if we start fresh.

Search Engine Optimization

Yes, we include standard SEO during the build out of every new website we create. It’s important to optimize your site for search engines and organic traffic.

Both serve a different purpose. Which one is “better” depends on your goals. SEO targets organic traffic and search rankings. Pay-per-click marketing is a great way to streamline targeted traffic to your website.

Standard SEO is important, but not every business needs to be spending a ton of effort and money into a monthly SEO strategy. Same with PPC marketing, it’s a great way to immediately rank high on search results, drive in qualified leads, and increase sales.

Although, unless the campaign is set up correctly, your website is optimized for marketing, and you have the correct conversion tracking in place, you can burn through your budget fast with underperforming results.

Search Engine Marketing

This varies on multiple factors, including but not limited to: your industry, competition, business goals, amount of campaigns, desired search engine platforms, etc…

We work closely with you to help you understand how everything ties together and come up with a strategic marketing plan that will benefit your business. Then, we’ll review the plan with you and set a monthly max budget tailored towards performance for each campaign.

We generally like to start competitive, but small in terms of budget. Once we see the success and prove opportunity, we can grow from there. We’re not the typical marketing agency that provides options on monthly flat fees, every business’s needs are different and that is a losing strategy for those serious about growth.

However, we are extremely transparent in pricing, considering your actual ad spend and our fees, so you’ll know what to expect. We help you identify and understand the true ROI of the marketing costs so you’re confident you’re making the right decision.

We take our business relationships very seriously, as we are dedicated to our clients’ success. We do not provide any search engine marketing that would be a conflict of interest to our clients. It would essentially be us bidding against ourselves, that does not work.

Being a boutique firm, we’ve never had this issue cross our paths before but we would be very transparent if the situation ever arose.

We do not have contract durations for our SEM services, you can cancel at any time! The foundation of our company was built around guiding businesses to success.

We’ve seen too many businesses get burned partnering with a marketing agency that holds them to a contract duration. Why would someone want to break an SEM contract? Either they no longer need the ads (due to several potential factors) or the ads are underperforming and not meeting expectations. That’s unacceptable, and why we’ve developed our solutions around putting you in control of the contract. We want our clients to see the value, reap the benefits, and desire to continue our partnership.

While our main advertising platform is Google, due to their majority of the search engine market share, we also advertise on Bing, Yahoo, and DuckDuckGo.

Return on investment (ROI) is a comprehensive measure of the overall profitability of your investment into our SEM services. Return on ad spend (ROAS) is specifically focused on the efficiency of advertising spend, indicating how much revenue is generated for each dollar spent.

While ROAS is a great KPI to analyze campaign performance, it doesn’t reflect your true ROI. On top of ROAS, other factors that need to be considered are your service/product margins and agency fees. We help you dissect each segment and set the bar on the break-even point for true profitability.
